Shipping and Returns

*Please allow 3-5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. Our business days are Monday- Saturday.

*We do ship internationally, and those shipping times can be up to two weeks. There is weight based fee for shipping outside the United State, and a duty fee may also be applied at delivery.

*All prices are listed in USD.  You may choose to display Canadian Dollars by changing the currency setting at the very bottom of the home page.
*We will try to accommodate change requests and cancelations after orders are submitted, but we cannot guarantee we will catch the order in time.  Please call or email with any questions before ordering - we are delighted to help you!

RETURN POLICY

    We are dedicated to a perfect fit every time!  It's difficult to tell whether something will look nice on you when you are online shopping, but you can shop with confidence at Three Wrens Boutique knowing that your returns are on us. 

    By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

    -Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase in-store, or date of delivery for online orders (per tracking). 

    -Original shipping is not refundable. 

    -Three Wrens will pay for return shipping unless we communicate ahead of time that we will not.

    - We prefer to ship USPS but will change carriers upon request. 

    -Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke free, pet-free, and free of stains from food, deodorant, makeup, or any other substance. 

    -Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact 

    -Damages must be reported with 72 hours of purchase or receipt of order.

    -Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 

    SHIPPING

      ​*Orders are shipped Mon-Fri, excluding holidays.

      *Three Wrens is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.
